What Our Terms Cover and How They Apply

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

POLICY TRUST SIGNALS

How We Keep These Terms Credible and Current

We maintain these terms actively so you always know the rules that govern your account. Each signal below reflects a real practice we follow, not a generic assurance.

Dated Revisions

Every update to this document carries a revision date at the top of the page. You can compare the current version with the one you accepted at registration so nothing changes without notice.

Plain Language Commitment

We write each clause in clear English suited to Pakistani readers. Where a legal term is unavoidable, we add a plain-language note in the same paragraph so meaning is never ambiguous.

Pakistani Payment Coverage

JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast are each addressed in the payment clause with their own clearing and reversal rules, so you know exactly what applies to your preferred method.

Dispute Process Documented

Our dispute clause names the steps, timelines, and escalation path. You do not need to contact support blindly — the process is written out so you can follow it yourself.

Account Security Terms

The account-security section specifies your obligations and ours: two-factor options, session behaviour, and what happens if unauthorised access is reported within the stated window.

Jurisdiction Clarity

We state clearly that these terms apply in supported regions where local law permits. If access from your location is restricted, the terms explain why and what options remain open.

How These Terms Align With Our Other Policies

Our terms do not stand alone. Each sibling policy page — privacy, cookie, and payment — shares the same definitions and jurisdiction language so there are no contradictions...

Privacy Policy alignmentDefinitions of account data and retention periods in our privacy policy match the account-management clause here exactly.
Cookie Policy scopeThe cookie policy references the same account-session rules named in Section 3 of these terms, keeping consent and usage consistent.
Payment Policy cross-referenceEvery payment method listed in the standalone payment policy — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Raast — appears with matching rules in the payment clause here.
Dispute escalation pathThe dispute steps here and in the payment policy are identical. You follow one process regardless of whether your issue is account-related or transaction-related.
Account suspension criteriaSuspension conditions stated in our fair-use policy mirror the language in Section 7 of these terms so the threshold is the same across both documents.
Revision notification methodAll policy pages use the same notification approach: a revision date update plus an in-account notice, keeping the alert method consistent wherever you read our policies.
Jurisdiction statementEvery policy page carries the same supported-regions and local-law-permits language so the geographic scope is never in doubt regardless of which document you consult.

Common Questions About Our Terms & Conditions

They take effect the moment you complete account registration. By finishing that process you confirm you have read the current version. The effective date is the date your account was created, visible in your account profile.

We update the revision date at the top of this page and send an in-account notification. We aim to give at least seven days' notice before a material change takes effect, giving you time to review the update before it applies.

Yes. Section 5 addresses each Pakistani payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast — individually, with clearing windows and the conditions under which a transaction can be disputed or reversed.

Section 9 sets out the dispute process: first contact support with your account reference, then escalate in writing if the initial response does not resolve your concern. Response timelines for each step are stated in that section.

We can update these terms with notice as described above. Continued use of your account after the stated notice period constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you should close your account before the revision date takes effect.

These terms apply in supported regions where local law permits. The governing-law clause in Section 11 names the applicable jurisdiction and explains how conflicts between local law and our terms are resolved in your favour where required.

Your account confirmation email contains a link to the terms version current on your registration date. You can also contact support with your account ID and we will retrieve the relevant version from our document archive.
